It's tough to find a good agent in Vegas when I have a buyer I have Googled realtor before but I noticed they did not pick up there cell phones.I tend to get a lot of inquires for 2-4 units or a good Single Family where they can do STR but some do not allow or there is steep HOA.

He calls from a California cell phone, claims he is currently in Scottsdale AZ, and then has to look up Buckeye AZ on google maps to find out where I live.

So many examples of this where an out of state investor would just have to write a big fat check without even knowing what’s really happening with their property.
