Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

Then i show them 2 properties in the same complexes, same foot print, just different designs and show then anywhere from $20-50k/yr difference in gross rent.

If the 3 D printing business isn't working for you and you have done everything you can to up visibility and get it going seriously, find a job any job. 

As these programs served to discouraged the male being in the home - replaced by "Daddy Government".

Nashville is absolutely viable, but it’s not a “show up and print money” market anymore.

For those who truly want to come into the communities and improve the neighborhood  they find that urban governments are rolling out the red carpet.I would love to know what others think on this topic?
