I got started naturally by renting out my home in Raleigh, NC when I moved to Virginia last year and just recently purchased a duplex in Danville, VA.  

Now, I’m looking ahead to the next phase: purchasing a duplex, triplex, or quadplex as my new primary residence, with the goal of generating positive cash flow while holding onto and cash flowing my current property.Excited to learn, grow, and share this journey with you all again!
