I'm not familiar with housing vouchers, but if it doesn't require you to do anything to the home (eg section 8 you have to have it inspected), I wouldn't see it as a problem.

Typically (but depending on your market) underwriting will require written notice from sellers and potentially with the side of the current signers moving out that they will move out so you can move in within FHA requirement of 60 days with an addendum once you get initial underwriting approval.

@Michael Kopa First, read your contract for the termination requirements and fees.Follow what's required.Try to get everything you can from the current PMC BEFORE letting them know about termination:- Lease- Rent Ledger- Any application info they can legally give you- Any data about the propertyThen start termination process.Then do an intro email between the old & new PMCs, so you can monitor how the old PMC is cooperating.
