Circling back to the idea now that I'm a few years further in my journey and don't have many people in my circle that invest in real estate.

I know, because I take the phone calls and help those people for free.

We haven't released it yet, but seems there are a lot of people want to offset their costs of ownership and that effects the whole market.

Most people don't understand this and are happy if they negotiate 20k off a property that is 50k overpriced.That beeing said, I can tell you it did not matter what I paid 15 years ago for deals.

It is an extremely desirable neighborhood with extremely friendly people, kids playing outside and neighbors walking dogs, located in a above average school district.

Love meeting people who are building things too.

I see people just copy and paste and at the end of the copy AI is asking do you want to look further.

For my assignment I have to ask people what they think and ask them to take a survey. 

Conflict on people staying over too so be clear about that.
