Sometimes I feel wholesalers might be intimidated by REI Nation's reputation so I try to stir up some new connections!

@Drew SygitI brought up that question in a post several months addressing the agents of a certain Midwest market (hint: it begins with an "O" and I don't want to stir up their keyword search lol).

It's amazing how a few conversations with like minded folks can get your wheels turning and stir up that excitement and motivation for investing.

Jaedon, that’s a question I’ve seen stir up a lot of debate, especially these days when the cost of capital and property prices can feel like they’re arm-wrestling over who goes higher.
