Once you hire a general contractor, it probably would not be legal for him to just hand a job off to another general contractor.

Hi All, After 10+ years in RE tech sales, I am beginning my actual RE career.

If you are happy where you are then build a network and the tech you need to self manage and get good at it and you might be fine.

Some reports say tech and automation are changing the private lending space. 

I rent right now and I don't have a job.

The more money you make in that day job the faster you can buy stuff.

Our young professionals don't have a huge tech industry with high paying entry level jobs, and large apartment complex, while they exist, are up against a large inventory or multifamily buildings that are 2-4 units.  

But my question is this: your post says "family of 4 with 2 service dogs...solid job and documents, offering $915/month".Why would they be offering anything? 

I'd highly recommend a knowledgeable HVAC tech be consulted.
