Have you ever seen rents actually go lower (I'd assume this would only happen if occupancy dropped significantly, but that seems like something that could happen in a recession).Also a BAM specific question/concern - from what I understand they are based in Indiana, and I see in their current open offering one of the properties is in Indiana (great) but I'm wondering why the other property is in Arkansas

We only buy in TX, OK, AR, TN, AL, MS and MO.The way I look at auction houses is not that different than any other deal except you have to figure in some extra costs.

I had a pretty solid Airbnb business in the Fort Lauderdale area prior to the war, but now I have been looking to move to a market I can afford, stay frugal, and grow with.I have been looking into Central Florida (since I'm pretty knowledgeable about the area and used to it), but also other places like SC, NC, TN, AR, and KY, given they are more affordable.
