Male vs. female tenants.There’s no universal law here.

BY HUD rules children of different genders require different bedrooms, therefore a single parent with a male and female child qualifies for a 3 bedroom unit.

Not knowing who your target tenant is, I can only assess the listing from my perspective as a female American.

Not my property, asking for a friend.a house is rented to a female (only person who signed the leased), and an adult boyfriend lives there as a named occupant on the lease.boyfriend shows up at night, shoots up the place, pistol wips tenant and kicks down the garage door. 

We DO set up appts to talk to the director of placement and ask to be considered when a family needs help divesting an asset to qualify for federal assistance.

The fund that Scott sold me has very poor directors (fat cats that are very rich and sleep in all day) the ceo is trying to manage 8 properties all over USA  I dont know this fund but I do know Scott and have been to some of his training events and met many folks who took his training and a few of them I have followed over the years and they have built monstor business's  really something..
