Should I go ahead and list them now even though I would not be able to sign a lease until I close on them?

Should I involve an attorney ahead of time to check for liens, back taxes, or other encumbrances that might transfer with the property?

For example if I had a tenant give notice today with a 30 day notice period and a cancellation period this is how it would equal out.
