I don't remember if it touches too much on the lending side, but it's a great book to get started with.More on the syndication side, Joe Fairless's "Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book" is, slightly cringey title aside, actually pretty good if you're looking to go into a syndication deal (it's very much focused on the GP side, not the passive investor side, however).
