Get the floors and trim done, then let the painters do their thing.Are you moving/deleting any walls?

Using numbers I have from cleaners, painters and maintenance hours spent on turning units - the cost is roughly the average price of one month's rent for a low end 2 bedroom.

It was a nursery, I approved the color and they were very good painters. 

I'm thinking that will be at or over the limit for me.Does self-manage mean self-renovate, self-handyman, self-plumber, self-painter, or, do you have a team?

Installing cabinets shouldn’t mess up your floors, and decent painters will tape off the floors too.

I hired cleaners in the spring to prep for upcoming turns and once there was a good rapport and a trusted relationship, then I would ask them for recommendations for painters, tile guys, carpenters, etc.

I purchased my own paint for a project, but I bought great stuff, and the painters thanked me and complimented my choice.
