Check out Watermark Exchange, the Note Depot and FCI Exchange will give you a few places to start looking but the best deals will come from direct hedge funds and banks.

They will probably have an inspection done which includes things like making sure the outlets are properly grounded, that there are no water marks in the basement, etc.  

Cheap bedside tables (they will get watermarks) Get a sturdy dining table and chairs, but don't worry about a fancy side tables and things.

If you take vacant photos of your home, be sure to include a water mark such as your phone number or email address.  

I bring a copy of my rental agreement (watermarked SAMPLE) to the showing because I strictly enforce lease provisions and I want applicants to know what they are agreeing to.I run my apps based on the best candidate first.  

In the future, I will watermark all of my photos - I am thinking add a phone # to all of them?

One way we've tried to combat the scammers is to watermark our photos with our web address/phone.
