Frankly a prudent move and I bet in concert with their senior lenders I do feel in some areas the office space can be affected and some commercial at least for a while..

You know how when you take a teenage girl to a pop concert and their favorite guy comes on stage they have a melt down of jumping up and down screaming? 

I can see “paying the band” to dance a little, but I don’t want to pay for the whole concert. 

I’m going to make a concerted effort to get the word out.

In Denver and Colorado Springs, they are the only areas where you can get any kind of price break and I fully believe people will come rushing back to the cities when concerts, restaurants, professional sports, etc. return.

You can also influence people with comments such as, "I sure can't wait until this pandemic is over and life can go back to normal, I missed some great concerts last summer and have my fingers crossed that none of the musicians I am holding tickets for drop dead before I can see them!"

Lots of good food, music concerts (covid has slowed those down for the time being) and a really interesting history! 

Just take massive concerted action every day.

I’m in the same boat.  16 years producing some of the largest concerts on the planet and managing clubs and theaters across the country.  

So we (my wife and I) have made a concerted effort over the past 6 months or so to invest outside our small, rural local market in Charlotte, NC - a very competitive market with low supply/high demand.
