Question for you seasoned vets and contractors.What are the visual clues to differentiate between the two.Here is what I believe, please add to the list or correct me.Manufactured: or (Double Wide) I believe these could be used interchangeably. 

I don't have the experience to visually estimate repairs, but the property is a hoarder house and needs a lot of work.

I can visually picture my tax return, sitting on a desk ready for me to pick up from my accountant.

Put a list of those together and present them - so that they know you're serious and Also so they can visualize their risk.

Appreciation and visually pleasing women, in general.

Once you die, your money becomes someone else's money and you can't take any of it with you, not even a penny.All of us have our own standards and freedom to visualize exactly what success truly means to us.  

They need to see visual signs that your place is transforming.

I believe they use craigslist data and put it in a nice little visual map for you.
