I offer seller financing on condos I'm selling in Playa del Carmen, Mexico at an interest rate of 6.5 - 8% and the buyers should generate enough cash flow through short term rentals by repaying the loan in only 5 years and could therefore enjoy very nice returns thereafter.

Maybe I keep a smaller portion on only what I am comfortable paying tax on…I have no personal debt and have been drifting through Mexico for the last year trying to figure out what to do next, for what it’s worth.
