New baby or not, you have to still tend to your knitting if you're going to be a landlord.

If I want a tight knit friednly neighborhood, ask if everyone knows each other, if they do then you can ask about turn over, are they happy there, how is the management, any block parties?

They will knit-pick every little thing and further knit-pick your attempts at correcting the infraction.

They have a very tight knit way of having the sponsor above the next guy get on the phone with you etc etc..However bottom line is they start all their presentations just like a RE guru seminar.
