Examples from my personal life, flew into Vegas for a weekend with a reservation at Mandelay Bay, we arrived on time and they were overbooked. 5-10 minutes at the counter waiting for them to sort it out, we’re in a cab to Rio, got a diesel room and vouchers for two at their seafood buffet.

At some point there will need to be more vouchers and such in place so that the workers at the bottom will be able to live in these places to support the economy.

I doubt there is going to be a ton of new vouchers come out.. and the current HUD voucher owners will expect perfection in their rental or they will just up and move.. you dont have granite counter tops and stainless  well i am moving to this landlords property that has those items..

As for subsidized housing its not really flipping a switch most markets only have a certain amount of vouchers..
