Attend some networking events and get to know some people, they can be your mentors and it may take a bit for that relationship to gel.

Saniflo is the one I've used but I'm not pleased with the longevity of the float mechanism if it sits unused too long, or the macerating jam sensitivity to any small items, grease, hair gel etc flushed.
