A couple of years ago, we decided to close the company in Malaysia so we could move to New Mexico to be near my wife's family! 

I just recently moved to Alamogordo New Mexico and bought a house and I have a few questions, when I move in a couple years would it be better to rent out my house or just sell it and move on to a bigger and better area? 

Does anyone have good experience with a STR in Cabo San Lucas in Mexico?

Background: I am a service member and we received a short 45-day notice to move from California to New Mexico.

I live in Rio Rancho, New Mexico and am really interested in finding like minded investors to bounce ideas around with.

I'm trying to find a title company in Albuquerque new Mexico that has experience with wholesale transactions and are great to work with! 

Ordinarily I'd say that's a great suggestion, I'm currently in Mexico for work till Monday then fly to AZ to close on this property so a face to face meeting with an expert isn't feasible on my end to solve this current situation if I'm to keep the current closing date.

I'm in New Mexico, so not sure how relevant this may be.
