Growing up riding with 40yr old + men on mountain bikes, I see your brother in a lot of them.

With the military base in the area growing by leaps and bounds the rental market is good and elevated due to BAQ received by our service men and woman.

I want my target reach to be families and business men that want a professional car and that way it will keep the car clean and from any harm listed on this forum you guys mentioned.

I'd track down and follow the men and women on BP sharing their successes in the industry and I'd make sure I had keyword alerts set up to notify me when terms like "self storage" and others related to your education appear in the BP world.  

I have always been interested in real estate but just didn't have the confidence to follow thru and was counting on a man to take the reins. (2 men actually, ex and now boyfriend). 

Most of my best customers are professional men who have another home (and often family) somewhere else who are working locally, usually without a definitive end date.

If no one will pay the higher rents they sell and give more pricing power to last men standing. 

There were many many people on your bus rides to Armando events  that did get Duped by these Pitch men.

If you take the time to sort through them you will find a few good men.
