Some people are allergic to rabbit hair so I would need to get the air ducts and entire house deep cleaned if the tenant moves out. 

I know many of you will have their hair rising when you hear this strategy, but this is one of the options I am trying to see if it will work.My question is have any any of you gentlemen/ladies have done this before?

GeoLet me give you  some "gray hair" advice.

I have one really good friend is really ugly, teeth problems, a bad skin condition, his hair is even worse than mine, and he actually dresses so bad you want to scrape stuff off of them.

I've been literally robbed by tenants, realtors, prop managers out of state, had minor/major lawsuits out of state etc... but it could happen at home too... a lot less likely in your own neighborhoodAnyways others told me the same and I did it anywayss... thousands of gray hairs latter and sleepless nights I finally learned...
