This downward move in the market is to some extent a relief as it had to happen at some point, and now that it has happened, opportunities will present themselves.From my perspective I think that things need to play out for another month or two before we can better assess how the market will be impacted and where the opportunities are.

I would recommend the vinyl flooring that does not use glue and use the padding under it to dampen the sound. this way you preserve the hardwood and provide a little relief from the sounds above.You also need to consider if you will ever not use the building for a rental.
