Owners of 30-100 units are typically mom and pop and I've noticed lots of them are starting to retire and their kids want nothing to do with the property.I see this is a potential opportunity to get my feet wet in multi-family investing to start building my "resume."

Sorry Late response but I got it figured out, I went to the top guy and he resolved it fairly quick. but from stop to resume I lost 4 months. 

AGAIN, I ask you for a link to prove that the links I included (and others also included that ARE located in MN), and you choose to instead give me your resume, and bully me with your arrogant responses.   

However, we aren't completely sure what to include in our "profile" (should it look like a resume)??

(You could put Ring Master for a Circus on your resume based on some of the things you post!)

Its like my real estate resume in a way. 

Then the next year I resumed normal increases.
