Fact is many of these areas I assume have the potential to go up as places like Austin and Dallas have sky-rocketed.

Demand for rental is sky rocketing there, although the property prices haven't quite increased as much so far.

So their income goes up while their expected holding costs go down.This is not rocket science, but can be made much more difficult when interests are not aligned.  

Again, not rocket surgery, but where having a knowledgeable guide is imperative.The bottom line is that you get full control and flexibility.  

So all of those homes just sky rocketed not because of rehab.. but because of JOBS..

And after that, want rocket fuel for economic PRODUCTION, not just BS numbers, CUT entitlement programs, except health care, elderly and handicap, by 50%.
