If you see a roof in need of replacing, mold, rusting HVAC, cracked foundations (you can tell by cracks along the door frame), watermarks along ceilings and walls, etc.

I think I've been back to that same REIA once since then so I can't tell you what those that signed up for her program actually got, but I can tell you that you can find what you need to get started right here on BP, including yellow letters sans the horsey watermark.

Adding on to @Peter Dascoulias II's comment, watermark your photos with your phone number so no one else can use them.

To Meyer, that was most likely the high-water mark.

Have bought 1 through Watermark Exchange, and used a few others too.Look at some deals and and see if you can find a note that works for you.
