@Lucas Laufenberg Automated clearing house (ACH Payments)... you can set this up with your financial institution... like how tenants pay their utilities through their online banking... when they add a payee instead of utilities or a cell phone bill they will search for your corporation and deposit money directly into your account monthly... 

However, they include free ACH payments, some of the lower ones still charge $.50 to $1.50 per transaction. 

I just read it through and it addresses a good amount of head aches and benefits associated with basements.

Things like...soap (P&G), food (AWG), clean water, Monster energy drinks, toilets, medicine, coffee, beer, and everything tech related.  

Any complex field, be it politics, finance, technology, medicine, or real estate always comes down to a few core principles that successful people follow.

It seems this route would be much easier, cheaper and even less risky than having unsecured funding and the head ache it would cause even trying to find unsecured funding.
