@Sameer Kh, I don't believe that the 3 options you list are 1031 compliant. 

There may be something they know that you don't; water issues, non-compliant septic, foundation issues, clouds on title - dig deep.

We get tons of compliants from the home owners on them from poor temp readings to unable to adjust.We now use the Honeywell Lyric, its not a pretty as the nest, but I don't ever get call backs and its half the price.

The MAJOR compliant I am experiencing is what was said or contracted that I purchased by description, exampled through workshop/seminar/camp ect, or mentioned by assistant after speaker finished, is only related by the topic not material or service.

Hey Account Closed - The fact is your porch is likely not code compliant (which most old Chicago porches aren't). 

Aslong as the partners would be compliant and timely file their returns, the IRS would waive the penalties as a one time courtesy.

It can be hard to find someone compliant and available. 

But obviously you'll want to make sure you are remaining compliant without leaving money on the table.

Someone with a true need will be compliant with your rules and won't mind providing documentation.

I need to look into these further, so I'm not promoting them, but they might be the answer to compliant texting.
