Neither of these platforms charge a service fee as long as the tenant chooses to pay via ACH.

My preferred method for tenants to pay is via ACH.  

Or maybe it's time to scrape and start over again, bigger and more units, or maybe that bitter taste in your mouth has you thinking mini storage or a parking lot, or green house for one of these CBD outfits.In short think about things in terms of cash flow vs head aches plus time, not doors.
