I remember one investor who labeled himself "sarcastic Asian guy" because his humor was dry and he knew people needed a prompt.

The FCA definitely has a way for an investor to demonstrated that they are a Sophisticated Investor (UK's label for accredited) if the investor has been active with unregistered securities. 

I’ve seen expensive markets label them something else, sleeping area maybe?

Also,be careful with the silent partner label.

What investors don't seem to realize is that taking action is the main ingredient.

I’m not an expert on this matter, but I don’t think those labels are 100% accurate..so I think it’s possible properties can get this label and not actually be in this status, or maybe it’s a label that’s been stuck in the property from before she inherited it.You’ve already checked taxes and mortgages.

Men are more upfront about it rather than being passive aggressive as women can tend to be...I wouldn't throw out labels like racist/misogynist, you don't know anyone well enough.And no thanks, the 2000s suck so far.....
