Boy that makes my blood boil!

Over the course of six years I have almost maximized my W-2 income and put in blood sweat and tears sweat equity into my rentals.

They are the equivalent of a wheelchair or grab bar or blood sugar measuring equipment for a disabled person.

Definitely thinner than I would like.

Pick up poopy toilet paper on the carpet .kill rats by stomping on them ,remove thousands of squirming maggots out of appliances .clean up crusty blood stains .mow yards with grass two feet high with a weed eater .. 

Multiple blood and plasma donations?

Nobody knows where the market is going, sellers are still expecting pre-COVID pricing, buyers think they are smelling blood... it’s been hard to get sellers and buyers to agree on much lately.

You can still do a plank subfloor with a thinner maple covering over that.
