@Stuart Udis you were so fed up with this topic that you forgot to mention all the newbies buying affordable/cheap Class C/D assets, expecting Class A/B results - because they read/watched something from 5+ years ago!

Just watch those videos and see what coaching style he has...and think about if it's something you want.
