What else am I not considering?

My big question is that other than getting a good inspector out there, what am I missing?

Am I missing something?

My question is am I going to have trouble finding a tenant in the last months of the year such as the holiday months or should I wait till January for example?

Am I barking up the wrong tree? 

Am I dreaming?

Am I missing something here or is it indeed the case that househacking makes it harder to qualify for future residential real estate?
