Management was simple when I lived locally, and I used my own licensed contractors to keep pricing reasonable.

I know land can be more difficult to finance, and I’m also a little nervous about the process of adding a manufactured home (utilities, site work, permits, etc.).She is very capable, and her dad is a contractor, so she definitely has strong support.

From the investors I've worked with, it's important to have referrals for contractors and sub contractors / whomever will be doing the work.
