Also, I recall having a DSS tenant in one of my properties in up state NY.They where refugees from Ghana I believe, these folks where obsessed with house and looked after it to extreme lengths.Maybe a similar strategy could be implemented of renting to refugees who would actually appreciate a roof over their head and opportunity for a better life.Just my opinion.Thanks

A lot of stuff that resembles MLM according to their refugees, though I'm not in the loop on what you have to do to actually get a cut of the action - I haven't meet anyone that did actually get a cut.

One of the greatest impacts will be the refugee situation and the ghettoizing (original definition, not common definition) of areas within city centers.Tough to say what this does to Germany and the UK.
