We saw a major boom in people wholesaling when the market was crazy, now you will see most of the weekend warriors drop out of the game completely. 

Personally, its more about simplicity and achieving a certain amount of cash flow to be free, vs having tons of doors, tons of headache, just to be a door warrior.
