I can also update the statuses of the deals (color coded) so they can see what's going on.

Darker colors might be good if you want to hide stains from multiple guests over the years spilling drinks.

There is a pre-colored version that costs slightly more, but is a lifetime product.

Like a Dave Ramsey book on budgetting that should just say if you don't have the money don't buy it on the first page and then you can include crayons or for an extra $20 magic markers with coloring book pages.  

And although we're mountains (ski in/out), we don't do plaids, leather, or moody colors, lol.

Prioritize safety and systems first, then do clean, durable cosmetics; paint everything one neutral color for speed.
