Speak to a lawyer but when you transfer you are not getting asset protection as your name is still on loan and it was not an arms length transaction - unless you transfer deeds to random people as well for free and pay the mortgage for them could you show this is done in normal course of business.Transferring to a LLC is a waste of moneyGet insurance Interesting argument.
