You can use an assignment, or you can double-close using transactional funding. 

Instead, we are headed for a slow slog through the mud of limited transactions and little, to no appreciation over the near term.  

By the way, a valid contract requires a transaction implying both parties get something.

I know that there’s a strong minority of investors on BP who believe all subject to transactions and many “creative” transactions are some sort of scam; but this is just incorrect.

Just use excel to capture the transactions that the PM company isint, Outside of monthly mortgage payment and utilities, there can't be more than maybe 10-20 more transactions which should be easy to capture.Best of luck!
