Hey @Ravi Thakkar, from my experience, house hacking pays off when you get hyper-local, verify rents instead of assuming them, and budget more for repairs than you think you’ll need.

Reasons why I shouldn't do this: I have no experience running a residential care facility, I have never done a house hack, I already work a very time intensive day job...do I really have the bandwidth for this?

While there is a shortage of senior housing, there are not many who have been successful in it.
