In general I have achieve infinite ROI on my investment properties (all but 2).  

Not a killer deal but it is still infinite ROI.

Our prospective numbers point to increasing profits as the deal ages with an eventual infinite ROI once the initial investment is paid off.

Note I expect a return far over 9% from RE and typically have achieved the infinite return available via value adds (ex BRRRR).Fortunately, RE is easy to purchase with leverage which amplifies the return from appreciation.  

This is why infinite return models are so powerful. 

but i only watched 4-5 videos so please look into it more thoroughly, once he started talking "infinite banking" i was done.

The asset cash flowed $200/mo so our return was infinite since we had no money in the deal.

Even with those advantages I cannot take 100% of my money out on a BRRR and get infinite returns.BRRR for beginning investors is very high risk.
