We’re seeing a bit of an oversupply of long-term rentals lately, and we have been applying different strategies to promote ,positioning , house perks , house shine conditions and price reduction strategies on our rentals... as we have done in the past with the only difference feedback from tenants has been they have too many options to choose and resulting slow to keep fulfilling the vacancies compare what we used to see in the pastI’ve noticed some folks offering incentives like a free month of rent instead of just rent price reduction.

At the same time, we know that our LPs will want us to have a system of preferred returns, promotes, etc. to ensure that we uphold their best interests and perform, and we'd like to charge a small amount for managing the entire deal.

Books and podcasts galore, promoting the phenomenon.

They go to work for their w2 and complain that they are not instantly promoted.  

They promote a lifestyle versus how to actually do something. 3.

I deleted the "promotion" immediately, of course.

My gut, until proven wrong, is that he’s just another pretender hoping to cash in on self promotion/marketing.  

I say that because my answer here will have some bias because I am a coach, but this post is not self-promotion.

Also 2500 to 3000 Down is not realistic over here for a couple reasons.Over here, we cannot do the contract for deed thing that Scott is promoting.
