@Thomas MemoirHi Tom ~ Here's what I've done : Using online tools ( Realtor, Redfin, Zillow, etc ) I find multi families that sold locally in the last 12 months ~ then see which agents names keep popping up on those sales ~ hope that helps 👍 Kevin
