Timed right I think overall you make better money on lower class housing but it is a ridiculous amount of work and stress, so no one should mistake the fact that you are going to earn that money.

By the way the sink replacement cost is ridiculous because the landlord just replaced in within the last year!

With that knowledge one could make a ridiculously low offer with a high chance of getting accepted.

This severely subpar customer service, lack of timely correspondence and initiative from Alan Kirkham should be unacceptable for a company that claims to be top notch and superior to all other CPA / tax advising firms and charges clients a ridiculous $25k fee for their 'all-inclusive services'.
