It's missing some features that the other products have, but these are the three things I care about the most, so it's worth it to me.

I would say my product is on the nicer side for the area. 255k sounds reasonable for an appraisal.

Segment your buyer list by buy box and only blast to those who actually buy that product.

We have professional photos, dynamic pricing, an optimized listing, I have 32 reviews (all 5 stars), I'm in the top 5% of homes according to Airbnb,  etc. etc.

SmartDeeds has been on product that has me extremely excited and interested in where the market will go in the future.
