They both had good intentions and I have personally seen the inner workings of the business in attempting the "Done for you" model.

Nov 1 post a notice that as they have not replied to your lease renewal and subsequent attempts to contact you about the renewal, the lease is not being renewed.

We're only raising rents for those who are below market.When I started out I had a family that I was "helping out" by not raising rents because every time I attempted they said they couldn't afford it.

One of them even had the client attempting something unethical regarding a loan I was working.

So since I no longer had access my old cell phone number then I was locked out of baselane.On June 25th I attempted to contact support to have my cell number changed in their system. 

If they were the broker, I would attempt to reach out to the lender & their draw department and seek guidance asap.
