Unfortunately, you don’t have a lot of control over how well the HOA finances are managed and can get blindsided.

@Mark Dante Maybe it's your locale, but I find this odd that they've essentially blindsided you with an RFP.

We want to make sure the tenant is not blindsided when they receive our final report and return of deposit.As long as you act with integrity and within the boundaries of the law, you will be fine.
