The issue you have as you scale is that these are not designed for business use, and if they flag you as a business they will shut you down pretty quickly. 

It is a studio style tiny home on 5 acres, designed as a high-end couples retreat in the woods.

As mentioned above Im not sure which listing you want feedback on - but I did notice some typos and design flaws on your site, I recommend going through it with a fine tooth comb. 

It gives you something to fall back on if things get messy.Check local options - Call a few nearby haulers — some rural companies will come up steep driveways or pick up from a designated spot near the road.

They may charge you (at your age, I would not suggest paying for a mentor), or they may expect you to work for them for little or no money...if they expect you to work for them, they usually will want you to bring some proven experience and skills to the table that will benefit them--but at 19, most people don't have much experience to offer (that's not your fault, it's just an inherent part of being a young adult)....but don't worry, because even if you could find a mentor right now, a mentor might not even be the best use of your time at this stage...In some cases, a mentor might actually get in the way of your success (especially if your mentor isn't well-matched to your style, interests, goals, etc).

Hey Gabriel, I haven’t personally used PadSplit, but from what I understand, it’s designed to handle a lot of the day-to-day management for you, which is why it can appeal to out-of-state investors.
