I love chatgpt but I would try a prompt such as “what are creative means to finance a downpayment given the high interest environment and are not a HELOC”.AI models are brilliant, but point and shoot and context based so you need to ask it to open up to things you may not have though of you can ask it by prompting “pretend you are a real estate investor with very little cash saved search forums such as bigger pockets and reddit”.

I certainly give him credit where it's due, he is successful, he doesn't pretend with playing like he's an engineer or wizard that adds value.If you own a restaurant you hire a cook, if it's a fancy joint you hire a chief, if you're in RE you hire a GC, they don't run your business nor are they entitled to a slice of it, they are hired help.

To try to make up for his incompetence he pretended to be a successful businessman, but it was all fake and bought for with his investors money, my money.

Very often these are the same type of "licensed realtors" who would love to sell investment packages at retail price (they can't do otherwise, their commission is based on sales price) and ruin the very investors they pretend to serve.    

So it's not fair to pretend it's the deals that make scalability alone.

I’ve tried calling Zillow (but couldn’t find a working phone number) and emailed their customer service, but I haven’t received any response yet.I’m very concerned because in the past I personally experienced scammers reposting my property listing on other websites, pretending it was theirs and asking people for deposits. 

As much as I like to pretend it is and rush to try to help when people even off handedly mentions they are considering it lol.Its definitely DIRTY work.

Ken is pretending at a knowledge and experience he does not possess, promoting a scheme that is not legal, and using gaslighting in a desperate action to obfuscate his scheme being uncovered as such, because Kens focus is getting persons on BP to pay him as a Guru for his "training". 

So can we just stop with the pretending that Bigger Pockets is just some random real estate forum.
