They printed $4.5T with more coming.. this is going straight to inflate asset prices (rents and property values).Also, people are spooked by (mostly) propaganda and fear porn so they are scared to get near other people -> will spend more time in a house.I'm loading up on real estate.Your thread title... same thing I've read on here incessantly since 2015.

You'll need a true full frame camera, flash heads, good tripods, pro drone... a Matterport Pro2 camera if you are doing VR tours, good cases for everything... that small list is about $20-25,000.00 to start.For your drone, do you have your Part 107 yet?

Having someone in town to run over and take care of cleaning and issues is a lot better than some big huge place with a ton of contractors.Have a VR in wine country OR and am quite happy with the local person I have.
