You'll need a true full frame camera, flash heads, good tripods, pro drone... a Matterport Pro2 camera if you are doing VR tours, good cases for everything... that small list is about $20-25,000.00 to start.For your drone, do you have your Part 107 yet?

Maybe VR is next?

Have a VR in wine country Oregon. 

Also VR PM'S can charge as much as 30% of your gross, not your net, but your gross.This make it much more difficult to make any profits.

Having someone in town to run over and take care of cleaning and issues is a lot better than some big huge place with a ton of contractors.Have a VR in wine country OR and am quite happy with the local person I have.
